The 180-day window
180 days, money-back, said to include empty bottles — and it is exactly as long as the six-bottle pack lasts.
01180 days, money-back
180 days, money-back, described in the supplied pack as including empty bottles.
To claim: call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID.
Confirm it at the live checkout before you buy. The supplied pack says so itself, and the checkout governs over this page if the two ever differ.
02The window against every pack
| Pack | Capsules | Days at 2 a day | Against the 180-day window | Price supplied |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | 60 | 30 | finishes 150 days before the window shuts | no price supplied |
| 2 bottles | 120 | 60 | finishes 120 days before the window shuts | no price supplied |
| 3 bottles | 180 | 90 | finishes 90 days before the window shuts | no price supplied |
| 6 bottles | 360 | 180 | ends on the last day of the window | $294.00 |
The six-bottle pack is 180 days and the guarantee is 180 days. They are the same number. That is the one piece of arithmetic on this site that comes out exactly even, and it means the pack the seller pushes hardest is also the only one whose last capsule falls on the last day you could still ask for the money back. Two packs in this table were sold to the reviewers on this site and neither of them was priced in the pack this site was given.

This site holds no stock and takes no payment. Only the six-bottle price was supplied to it; the one- and three-bottle totals are set at the checkout and are not printed here, because inventing them would be worse than omitting them. Whatever the sales page shows at the moment you check out governs.
03What that table means in practice
The six-bottle pack is 180 days of supply and the window is 180 days. They are the same number. Buy six bottles and the last capsule falls on the last day you could still ask for the money back.
Every smaller pack finishes well inside the window: a single bottle is done on day 30, with 150 days of the window still to run. There is no pack in this range that outlives its own guarantee, which is unusual — on most products in this category the biggest pack runs months past the refund deadline.
04How to claim
- 1
Find your order ID
It is in the order confirmation email. The desk needs it; this website cannot look it up.
- 2
Call the order desk
+1 (302) 200-3480. The supplied pack names calling as the way to claim.
- 3
Post it back with the right three things
Full name, email address and order ID, to 3 Times Square, Floor 12, New York, NY 10036, USA. Return shipping is the buyer’s and the pack advises tracking.
- 4
Then wait out the two clocks
3–5 business days after they credit it, then 5–10 days for the card to show it. Those are the supplied figures.
05What the guarantee is not
- Not a claim that the product works. A refund window is a commercial term. It says what happens if you are unhappy, not what happens if you take it.
- Not a substitute for a panel. Being able to send it back is not the same as being able to read what is in it before you swallow it.
- Not this site’s to honour. This site takes no payment and issues no refunds. The order desk does.
- Not confirmed by this site at the checkout. The 180 days and the empty-bottle rule are as supplied in the written pack. Read the checkout.
