How to take HoneyPower
Two capsules a day with water. The short part is the direction; the long part is what to do with the bottle when it arrives.
01Two capsules a day
The sales FAQ supplied with this product says two capsules daily with water. The pack adds, in terms: Confirm the bottle.
Sixty capsules at two a day is 30 days a bottle.
That is the whole of the supplied direction. There is no time of day, no with-food rule, no loading dose, no cycling schedule and no stated maximum beyond the two.
02What to check when the bottle arrives
The most useful seven minutes you will spend on this product.
- Turn the bottle around and find the Supplement Facts panel.
It is required to be there. If there is no panel at all on the bottle you receive, that is a far bigger problem than anything on this page, and the order desk is the first call.
- Read down the Amount Per Serving column.
Every one of the six named ingredients should have a weight beside it, in milligrams or grams. Write them into the blanks in the panel above and you will have, in two minutes, the document this site could not give you.
- Check whether the six sit inside a Proprietary Blend.
If they do, the blend carries one total weight and the six are listed beneath it in descending order by weight — heaviest first. You will get one number for six ingredients, and the order tells you the rest.
- Find the black pepper extract line specifically.
If it is standardised, the panel will say so and give a piperine figure. That is the number a pharmacist will want if you take anything on prescription.
- Check the serving size against what you were told.
The sales page says two capsules. If the panel says a serving is one capsule, or three, every figure beside it means something different.
- Check the lot and the best-before on the base.
The draft lot supplied with this pack is HP-26/HO-6690 and the CoA reference is HP-6690-26-HO. Neither is a lab result. If the bottle shows a different lot that is normal; if it shows none, call the desk.
- Check the seal under the cap.
If it is broken or missing, do not take it. That is standing advice for any supplement and it is not specific to this one.
If what you find disagrees with anything on this site, the bottle in your hand wins. Email the panel to the address on the contact page and the page will be corrected, with the correction dated.
03Timing, food and coffee
Nothing supplied gives a time of day, so this site gives none. What it can do is report what the supplied review copy says, labelled as what it is.
- What the review copy says most buyers liked
morning only
- What they most often disliked
wanted a faster week one
- The one timing complaint in the ten published lines
Sleep was worse when I took it late. Morning only now.
— one reviewer, day 25- With food or without
- Nothing supplied says.
- With coffee
- Nothing supplied says. None of the six named ingredients is caffeine.
Those are reports from material this site has not verified. They are not directions and they are not evidence; they are the only timing information that exists in the pack, printed with its provenance attached.

This site holds no stock and takes no payment. Whatever the sales page shows at the moment you check out governs.
04What happens if you take more
Every other site in this series can answer that question with arithmetic. This one cannot, and the reason is worth stating plainly: to know what doubling a dose does, you have to know what the dose is.
What can be said is the shape of the risk. Of the six named ingredients, the one that scales most uncomfortably is black pepper extract, because its effect is on how your body handles other things — and the studied interaction doses are small, 15 to 20 mg of piperine a day. Taking two servings instead of one doubles whatever that figure is.
05Storage and the seal
No storage text was supplied with this pack. The bottle will carry its own, and that is the one to follow. Two things hold for any supplement and are worth repeating: keep it out of reach of children, and do not use it if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
The draft lot supplied for this pack is HP-26/HO-6690 and the CoA reference is HP-6690-26-HO. Both are draft labels as supplied. Neither is a laboratory result and this site has seen no certificate.

- Dietary Supplement Labeling Guide, Chapter IV: Nutrition LabelingU.S. Food and Drug AdministrationThe document this whole site is about, and the reason the absence of a panel matters. Question 30: “You must list the quantitative amount by weight per serving immediately following the name of the dietary ingredient.” Question 3: “You must list the names and quantities of dietary ingredients present in your product.” Question 34 covers proprietary blends, which must carry the total weight of the blend and list its ingredients in descending order by weight. The guidance is marked “Contains Nonbinding Recommendations.”
- Piperine Drug InteractionsPharmacy TimesThe interaction evidence for black pepper extract. At 20 mg a day for 10 days piperine raised carbamazepine exposure (AUC) by 48%, diclofenac by 68% and fexofenadine by 68%; at 15 mg a day for 3 days it prolonged midazolam’s half-life and deepened its sedation. The mechanisms named are inhibition of CYP3A4, CYP2C9 and P-glycoprotein.
